The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra runs Android 13 and is powered by a 3800mAh battery. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra supports wireless charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 12-megapixel primary camera, and a 13-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. It was launched in Fengya Black, Ice Crystal Blue, and and Magenta colours.
